Terms & Conditions for REEF LOOKER Semi-Submarine

1. Introduction

Welcome to the REEF LOOKER experience offered by Andaman Escapades. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of our semi-submarine services and are binding upon acceptance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip on the REEF LOOKER, passengers signify their agreement to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms, with such amendments being effective immediately upon communication.

3. Eligibility and Safety Requirements

Passengers must meet our age and health criteria and attend a mandatory safety briefing. Non-compliance with safety requirements may result in denied boarding without refund.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Cancellations by passengers within 2 hours of Commencement of journey are subject to a Nil cancellation fee. Operator-initiated cancellations will result in a full refund or alternative scheduling.

5. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Passengers acknowledge the inherent risks of marine activities. The operator is not liable for incidents or injuries arising from passengers failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances beyond the operators control.

6. Conduct and Behavior Expectations

Passengers must respect marine life and adhere to environmental guidelines. Failure to comply with crew instructions may result in termination of the trip without refund.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected is for trip purposes only and will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Use of the REEF LOOKER and Andaman Escapades trademarks is restricted. Restrictions on photography and videography may apply.

9. Emergency Procedures

In emergencies, passengers must follow crew instructions. The operator has comprehensive emergency protocols for passenger safety.

10. Limitation of Liability

The operators liability is limited to the scope of services provided and excludes events beyond its control, including natural phenomena.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Andaman Nicobar Islands. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Andaman Nicobar Islands.
