Cancellation and Refund Policy for REEF LOOKER Semi-Submarine

1. Cancellation by Passengers

More than 2 Hrs. Prior to Departure: Full refund.
Less than 2hrs Prior of the commencement of Journey: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Operator

For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues), passengers may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Partially completed trips due to operator cancellation will receive a prorated refund.

3. On-Tour Incidents

Bad Weather/Choppy Conditions: If such conditions arise before departure, the trip may be rescheduled or fully refunded. If conditions develop after departure, a prorated refund will be offered based on the duration of the completed trip.
Non-Visibility: In the rare event of non-visibility of marine life, we cannot offer refunds as this is beyond our control. However, we may offer discounts on future trips at our discretion.

4. No-Show Policy

No refund for no-shows.

5. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may join subsequent trips based on availability, without refund for missed time.

6. Modifications by Passengers

Changes to bookings may be made up to 2 hours, prior to departure, subject to availability.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 3 working Days, minus any applicable fees.

8. Special Circumstances

Consideration for exceptions in medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.

9. Policy Acceptance

Booking signifies acceptance of this policy.
